Vendor FAQs (Witchsey Sellers)

1. Do I need approval to sell on Witchsey?
Yes. All vendors must complete an application process to ensure alignment with our metaphysical mission. Only shops offering spiritual, healing, or metaphysical items or services will be approved.

2. What types of products are allowed on Witchsey?
Products must fall within the metaphysical or spiritual category. Examples include:

  • Ritual tools (candles, herbs, incense)

  • Crystals, tarot cards, pendulums

  • Spell kits, oils, or healing salves

  • Energy healing services or readings

We also allow resellers of metaphysical goods, provided your listings are transparent and truthful.

3. How do I get started as a seller?
Submit your vendor application via Witchsey’s “Become a Vendor” portal. Once approved, you’ll receive access to set up your shop, add listings, and manage orders.

4. Are there any listing fees or setup charges?
Nope! Witchsey currently charges no listing fees. You can list unlimited items for free. A 4% platform commission and 2.98% + $0.30 payment processing fee will apply per transaction.

5. How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping is calculated in real-time based on weight, dimensions, and carrier rates. If you miscalculate your shipping setup, Witchsey may deduct the difference from your payout after notifying you.

6. When do I receive my payout?
Payouts are released 8 days after delivery is confirmed via tracking or buyer confirmation. A small reserve may be held temporarily in accordance with dispute policies.

7. Can I link to my personal website or social media?
Yes! We encourage vendors to share their outside platforms. Please include clear links back to your Witchsey shop or product page when cross-promoting.

8. Who handles customer service and returns?
You, the seller, manage your shop’s customer service and return policies. Buyers are expected to contact you directly for resolution before involving Witchsey support.

9. What happens if a buyer requests a refund or opens a dispute?
Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are first handled by you. If escalated, Witchsey may step in. Refunds affect your payout, and processor fees are non-refundable.

1. What is Witchsey?
Witchsey is a sacred online marketplace dedicated to metaphysical goods and spiritual services. Every shop and product is curated, and vendors are hand-approved to ensure alignment with our ethos.

2. How do I know the products are authentic or spiritually safe?
Witchsey reviews all vendors and products before they go live. However, each vendor sets their own shop tone and claims, so please read listings carefully and reach out with questions.

3. I had an issue with my order — what should I do?
Always contact the vendor first through your Witchsey account. Vendors are expected to respond within 48 hours. If no resolution is reached, you may email us at support@witchsey.com.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Each shop has independent return and exchange policies. These are listed on the product or shop page. Be sure to review them before purchase.

5. Is Witchsey responsible for shipping or delays?
Witchsey is a platform — not the seller. Shipping times, packaging, and updates are managed directly by the vendor. If your order is delayed, contact them via your order page.

6. What kinds of things can I buy on Witchsey?
You’ll find:

  • Ritual kits, crystals, tarot decks, and altar supplies

  • Energy healing services, spellwork, astrology readings

  • Sacred art, metaphysical books, handmade tools

All must meet our spiritual and metaphysical standards.

7. How are payments processed?
Payments are securely handled through third-party processors like Stripe. Your information is encrypted and never stored directly by Witchsey.

8. Can I contact a seller before buying?
Yes. Use the “Contact Seller” button on the vendor’s shop or listing page to ask questions before purchase. Be respectful — our vendors are real practitioners.

9. I want to support a specific shop — can I share it?
Absolutely! Each shop and product has a shareable link. You can promote your favorite vendors via Instagram, TikTok, email, or anywhere you like!

10. How do I report a problem, scam, or policy violation?
Please email us at support@witchsey.com with all relevant details. We take safety and spiritual integrity seriously and will investigate all reports promptly.
